The dashboard is installed on this device, but it can't reach the server right now.
Scans and guest entries you make offline are saved on this device
and sync automatically once you're back online.
The repeat-guest check is the exception — it has to search every club
in the network, so it needs a connection. Don't issue a guest experience
until it can run, or you may serve someone who has already had one.
